If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund under our Money Back Guarantee, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please contact us by telephone or by using one of our contact forms. Our Customer Services team will respond to your query promptly to arrange a return. We will issue a full/ partial refund to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase of the item(s). There will be no restocking fee. Any free promotional items must also be returned unworn if the accompanying item is to be returned for a refund. A refund cannot be granted on an item that has been agreed for an exchange under special circumstances (e.g. without tags, packaging). In this case, another exchange may be available.
Upon receipt of your returned items, the credit/debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the full cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
All paid orders are final and can only be cancelled by the customer if not marked as dispatched by Polyanna.
Polyanna reserve the right to cancel the contract if:
a) has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
b) it does not deliver to your shipping address;
c) One or more of the items you ordered was listed incorrectly due to a typographical or stocking error.
If your order is cancelled you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone, and you will be provided with a full refund as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
We ship only via tracked delivery, nevertheless if the rare even of non delivery occurs we will refund you the full amount paid. We will process the refund within reasonable amount of time specified via the courier deadline for your delivery time.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery when you receive it, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to obtain a full refund.
- We want you to be happy with your jewellery from Polyanna therefore we are offering you 14 days from receiving your jewellery to return it, if you have changed your mind or received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. They can not indicate that they have been in use. Jewellery can not show any scratches, blemishes, marks or damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or an order number.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are also happy to offer an Extended Returns period if required especially when you are buying it as a gift.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings (excluding clip-on earrings) due to hygienic reasons; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, neither goods purchased from other cooperating outlets.
When returning items, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and using an insured method of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 48h. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
