Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery when you receive it, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- We want you to be happy with your jewellery from Polyanna therefore we are offering you 14 days from receiving your jewellery to return it, if you have changed your mind or received the wrong product.
Please contact us via telephone or by using one of our contact forms if you wish to return any items. Our Customer Services team will respond to your query promptly to arrange a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. They can not indicate that they have been in use. Jewellery can not show any scratches, blemishes, marks or damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or an order number.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Extended Returns Policy
We are also happy to offer an Extended Returns period if required especially when you are buying it as a gift.
When returning items, we recommend obtaining proof of postage and using an insured method of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings (excluding clip-on earrings) due to hygienic reasons; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and contact us to arrange the exchange. You can exchange your jewellery for any other item you like for the same value or if the price is higher, we will ask you to pay the difference as well as adding a further shipping cost.
Polyanna offers six months a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine branded Polyanna jewellery. The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Polyanna is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Polyanna's special product Care Advice. Every item found to be defective under this warranty may be, at the discretion of Polyanna :
1.replaced by an identical piece, if available:
2. substituted with a piece of comparable value; or
3.repaired depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
The damaged product should be returned to Polyanna by insured mail as Polyanna cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft incurred during transport.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
