Delivery costs

All orders are carefully wrapped and shipped via various couriers.
We aim to dispatch your item within 48h of receiving cleared payment.

* All other International Deliveries in 10-20 working days for £9.99 shipped via Tracked International Shipping only.

*Please note: We try our best to dispatch your jewellery as soon as possible, but once its within the shipping company it is out of our control the speed it travels through the network. 

Due to the family circumstances our shipping will be taking place from Poland until further notice. Please consider purchasing in advance so the jewellery will arrive in time.

We love doing our best for the environment therefore no invoices or order notices will be included in your parcel. If you would like to include a gift message, please add our Stylish Gift Wrap option at the checkout.

Delivery times

Please refer to appropriate courier company website for delivery timescale. We ship within 48h however, if your designs are out of stock it might take longer and we will notify you when your pieces will be made and ready to dispatch.

Trade costumers please bare in mind that our lead times vary depending on the time of the year and trade show orders. Most of the time, I aim to complete your order between 2-4 weeks, but PLEASE remember that especially in the run up to Christmas it might take longer. All orders needs to be paid prior to the jewellery are being made.
