If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to the address of Polyanna Gallery within 7 days of receiving it.You can exchange your jewellery for any other item you like for the same value or if the price is higher, I will ask you to pay the diffrence as well as adding a further shipping cost. Returns must be in new and unused condition.They can not indicate that they have been in use. Artwear can not show any scratches, blemishes, marks or damage. Original packaging and proof of purchase are essential. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Please, have in mind that I can only process returns when payment has included postal insurance. I can not held responsibility if any damage occurs, or the package has been lost during transport. Unfortunately, not every one is that mindeful about your jewellery, as I am.
