Payments

Your privacy is very important to me. I do not sell or share your information with the third parties. I collect only details which are necessary to complete your order (i.e. name, shipping address, email, and if you wish to be contacted via phone, telephone number) Previous experiences have convinced me to process payment by Paypal. I prefer this method, as it keeps transaction information safe and confidential. An additional advantage, you do not need an existing Paypal account to use this feature. However, I could accept other method of payment like cheque or postal order. Please contact me prior choosing  the other method than Payal. I would like to kindly request that all purchases are paid within 3days of placing the order.

Packaging

I package all my artwear with care and love in stylish, metal tins or exclusive gift box. Then bubble wrap is carefully put around the tin and placed in cardbox or envelope(depending on the tin size). Customers may wish to request the addition of a card with a personal message. This will make a unique gift for that special person. This service is free of charge.

I ship worldwide by first class registered post within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
